This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
33. Precaution against fire -- In every establishment except such establishment or class of establishment, as may be prescribed, such precaution against fire shall be taken as may be prescribed.
