Section 39. Expenses of local authority to be paid out of its fund

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
39. Expenses of local authority to be paid out of its fund --Notwithstanding anything contained in any enactment in regard to any municipal or local fund, all expenses incurred by a municipality or local authority under and for the purposes of this Act, shall be paid out of the municipal or local fund, as the case may be.
