Section 43. Employer to produce registers, records, etc. for inspection

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
43. Employer to produce registers, records, etc. for inspection -- Every employer shall on demand produce for inspection of an Inspector all registers, records and notices required to be kept under and for the purposes of this act.
