Section 60. Protection to persons acting under this Act

This Act was repealed on 13 February 2025 by the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (Chhattisgarh Act 21 of 2018), s.30(1), in force from 13 February 2025; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
60. Protection to persons acting under this Act -- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this act.
