Section 7. Jurisdiction of Special Court as to trial of offences.

7. A Special Court shall have jurisdiction to try offence alleged to have been committed by any person in respect of whom a declaration has been made under Section 5, either as principal, conspirator or abettor and all of them can be jointly tried therewith at one trial in accordance with the Code.
