1. (a) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh State Upcharyagriha Tatha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye Anu yapan Adhiniyam, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
