Section 10. Appeal.

10. Any person aggrieved by an order of the supervisory authority refusing, cancelling or suspending the license may, within a period of 30 days after the date of such order may file an appeal to the State Government. (a) The State Government shall hear the appeal through an authority duly empowered by it in this regard. (b) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, no appeal shall lie in any court against the order of the State Government in this behalf.
