Section 19. Institution deemed to be licensed under this Act.

19. (a) Any nursing home or clinical establishment administered by the Central or the State Government or any local authority, and/or (b) Any any asylum established or licensed under the Indian Lunacy Act, 1912 (4 of 1912), or (c) Any leper asylum appointed, established or maintained under the Lepers Act, 1893 (No. 3 of 1893), shall be deemed to be licensed under this Act.
