Section 6. Appeal

Section 6 – Appeal- Any person aggrieved by the order of the Tahsildar under Section 5 may, within thirty days from the date of such order, prefer an appeal to the Sub-Divisional Officer whose decision thereon shall be final: Provided that in computing the period of thirty days, time requisite for obtaining a copy of the order appealed against shall be excluded.
