1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006). (2) It extend to whole of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
