1. (1) This Regulation may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli3[and Daman and Diu](Civil Courts and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulation, 1963. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli4[and Daman and Diu]. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
