Section 39. Appeal against levy of tax, etc.

39. Any person aggrieved by the assessment, levy or imposition of any tax or fee under section 38, may appeal to the Panchayat Secretary within thirty days of the date of the order imposing such tax or fee and second appeal in these cases shall lie with Chief Executive Officer.
