Section 87. Advance from capital account to revenue account.

87. Advance from capital account to revenue account.— (1) Any deficit in the revenue account at the end of any year may be made good by an advance from the capital account after obtaining the approval of the Government. (2) Every such advance shall be refunded to the capital account in the following year.
