1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the 4[Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu] Inland Fisheries and Aquaculture Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole of the 5[Union Territory] of 6[Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu]. (3) It shall come into force at once.
