13[8A.Removal of Coconut Palm. — Any person desirous of removing old, unyielding coconut palm to replace the same with new ones, or removal of coconut palm which are likely to cause damage to life or property, may apply to Agriculture Officer, having jurisdiction of area, who shall deal with the same in such manner as may be prescribe.]
