111[(100A) Levy of processing fees for change of Zone.— (1) The Government may, by notification, levy a fee to be charged for processing of applications filed with the Planning and Development Authority, for change of Zone in notified Outline Development Plans, Comprehensive Development Plans and Zoning Plans. (2) The Government may, by notification, levy a fee to be charged for change of Zone in Regional plan of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Outline Development Plans, Comprehensive Development Plans and Zoning Plans from the notified Zone to other Zone.]
