128. Members and officers to be public servants.— Every member, officer and other employee of the 153[Prescribed Authority] and of every Planning and Development Authority shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860.)
