1. Short title, extent and commencement – (I) This Act may be called The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998. ii. It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. iii. It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
