Section 10. Quorum at Board’s meetings

10. Quorum at Board’s meetings – Five members shall constitute the quorum at a meeting of the Board. Provided that, if a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary for transacting the same business in he next meeting to be held in accordance with the rules.
