Section 125. Power to remove difficulty

125. Power to remove difficulty – If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as exigency requires, by order not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, do anything, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty. Provided that no such order shall be made after expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act.
