Section 29. Term of Members The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998

29. Term of Members – The members shall hold office for a term of five years. However, the member being nominated as Chairman and Vice-Chairman, they shall function as such, during the pleasure of the Government.
