Section 64. Market fee to be collected once only The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998

64. Market fee to be collected once only – No market fee shall be levied and collected in the same market area again in relation to the notified agricultural produce in respect of which such fee under this Act has already been levied and collected.
