Section 136. Power to delegate.

Power to delegate. 136. The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act, except the power to make rules, may also be exercised by such officer as may be mentioned therein in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
