Delhi Fire Sevice Act

1. Short title, extent and commencement – (1) This Act may be called the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2007. 2. It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. 3. It shall come into force in any area on such date as the Govt. may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
