Section 41. Appeals to State Government from decision of Board

41. Appeals to State Government from decision of Board – (1) An appeal shall lie to the State Government from every decision of the Board under this Act, except a decision made by the Board as an appellate authority. (2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of such order.
