4. Travelling Allowance.–– In respect of every journey performed by a Member to a place outside Delhi on any business connected with his duties as a Member, he shall be entitled to travelling allowance at the rate applicable to Group ‘A’ officers 8[of the highest of grade] serving in connection with the Government.
