The Ministers of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1994

2. Definitions.–– In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:–– (a) “Government” means the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi; (b) “Member” means a Member of the Legislative Assembly, not being a Minister; (c) “Minister” means a Minister appointed under Article 239AA of the Constitution of India and includes the Chief Minister.
