12. Officers of the University- The following shall be the officers of the University; (a) the Vice-Chancellor; (b) the Pro Vice-Chancellors; (c) the Deans; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Controller of Examinations; (f) the Controller of Finance; and (g) such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University;
