29. The Building and Works Committee-(1) There shall be constituted a Building and Works Committee of the University to be the principal planning body of the University which shall also be responsible for construction, maintenance and monitoring the development of infrastructure of the University; (2) The constitution of the Building and Works Committee, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed;
