Notices, etc., by whom to be served or issued.—All notices, bills, summons and other documents required by this Act or any rule, regulation or bye-law made thereunder to be served upon, or issued to, any person, shall be served or issued by Municipal officers or other Municipal employees or by other persons authorised by the Chairperson.
