Section 10. Officers not to be interested in prison contracts

10. No officer of a prison nor any person in trust or employed by him, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in any contract for the supply to the prisons; nor shall he derive any benefit, directly or indirectly, from the sale or purchase of any article on behalf of the person or belonging to a prisoner.
