Section 32. Restriction on transfer of food and clothing between certain prisoners

32. No part of any food, clothing, bedding or other necessaries belonging to any civil prisoners and any prisoner transgressing the provisions of this section shall lose the privilege or purchasing food or receiving it from private sources, for such time as the Superintendent thinks proper.
