Section 56. Prisoner exempted from imposition of handcuffs and fetters DELHI PRISONS ACT,2000
Act no. 2 of 2002 2002 In force Delhi (State Act)
56. No handcuffs and fetters shall be imposed in respect of :-
(i) Female prisoner;
(ii) Civil prisoners; and
(iii) Prisoner who are aged, physically infirm or seriously ill.
