Section 6. Officers of prisons DELHI PRISONS ACT,2000
Act no. 2 of 2002 2002 In force Delhi (State Act)
6. For every prison there shall be a Superintendent, a Deputy Superintendent, a Medical Officer, a Law Officer, a Welfare Officer, and such other officers as the Government thinks it necessary.
