Section 2. Applicability. The Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-exploitative Fee and Other Measures to ensure equity and excellance) Act, 2007
Act no. 8 of 2007 2007 In force Delhi (State Act)
2. The provisions of this Act shall apply to –
(a) Unaided institutions affiliated to a University imparting education in degree, diploma and certificate courses.
