39. Protection to persons acting under this Act.—No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant or any other person in the service of this Union Territory acting under the direction of any such public servant for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
