Section 39. Court fee on appeal and certain other applications

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 3 of 2017), s.174(1)(iii); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
39. Court fee on appeal and certain other applications An appeal preferred under section 36 and any other application when presented to any authority under this Act for a prescribed purpose shall bear a court fees stamp of such value as provided in the Court Fees Act, 1870.
