Section 9. Non-transferability of registration certificate

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 3 of 2017), s.174(1)(iii); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. Non-transferability of registration certificate Save as otherwise provided in section 11, a certificate of registration shall be personal to the 1[proprietor] to whom it is granted and shall not be transferable.
