Section 12. Authorities of Institute. The Footwear Design and Development Institute Act, 2017

12. Authorities of Institute.
The following shall be the authorities of the Institute, namely:—
(a) a Governing council;
(b) a Senate; and
(c) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the Institute.
