Section 14. Power to make regulations.

14. Power to make regulations.— (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and to the previous approval of the State Government, the 26[“President”] may make regulations for regulating the practice and procedure before the Tribunal. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the 27[“President”] may make regulations for the following matters, namely: (a) the award of costs by the Tribunal; (b) the right of audience before the Tribunal; (c) 28[...] (3) The regulations made in this Section shall be published in the Official Gazette.
