2. Definitions.— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— a) 4[“...] [‘Additional President’ means the Additional President of the Tribunal.] (b) Official Gazette means the Government Gazette; (c) prescribed, except where it occurs in the expression prescribed by regulation means prescribed by rules made under this Act; 5[“(cc) “President” means the President of the Tribunal.”] (d) State Government means 6[“the Government of Goa.”] (e) Tribunal means the Administrative Tribunal constituted by this Act.
