Section 34. Appointment of sub-committees and delegation of power.

34. Appointment of sub-committees and delegation of power.— The Marketing Board may appoint one or more sub-committees consisting of one or more of it's members and may delegate to such sub-committee, such of its powers or duties as it may think fit. The sub-committee so appointed shall function under the superintendence, guidance, direction and control of the Marketing Board.
