Section 60I. Dispute settlement.

60I. Dispute settlement.— Any dispute arising,- (i) between/among the licensees specified in section 46B; or (ii) between/among licensees of e-trading platforms and Marketing Board, shall be resolved by the Officer authorized by the Government, in summary manner within thirty days, after giving the parties reasonable opportunity of being heard.
