Dispute settlement with regard to Inter-State trade transactions.— In case of any dispute arising out of inter-State trade transactions on e-platform or any other such platform, the Government can subscribe to become part of such Authority, which may be constituted by the Government of India or State Government/Union Territory Administration under the existing law or any law to be framed therefore.]
