Section 22. Order by Council for maintenance of register.

22. Order by Council for maintenance of register.— (1) The Council shall, as soon as may be after the commencement of this Act and from time to time as occasion may require, make orders regulating the maintenance of a register. (2) The register shall be kept in such form as may be prescribed.
