Section 42. Appeals to Government from decision of the Council.

42. Appeals to Government from decision of the Council.— (1) An appeal shall lie to the Government from every decision of the Council under this Act, except a decision made by the Council as an appellate authority. (2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of such order.
