Art. 170 – The branches shall send to the Pensioners’ Bank by the 5 th of each month, by postal order, the amount collected by them in the preceding month, that is to say, the excess of the income over the expenditure. Sole § The same branches shall send on the same date, a statement of monthly movement of the respective income and expenditure, in order to enable the head office of the Pensioners’ Bank to organize its current accounts.
