Code of Comunidades of 1961

Art. 183 – Whoever desires to have his name in the book of primary enrolment shall present to the clerk of the respective comunidade the documents in proof of the following:- 1. That has the capacity to be a zonnkar as per number 1 of article 20; 2. He had completed within the period indicated in the preceding article, the age required by the statutes of the respective comunidade to be entitled for any kind of zonn or the age of 21 years, if not fixed in the statutes. The proof of age shall be made by producing a certificate from the Civil Registrar or any other legal document substituting the same.
