Art. 230 – The division of properties and proportionate division of foro of the properties mutated or to be mutated in the Register 2 – (Tombo2) is mandatory in the following cases:– When the property is mutated in the name of many persons and there is no indication as to the foro for each person; When several properties are mutated in the name of single individual and there is no indication of the foro for each property; When one part of the property mutated is transferred or the entire property is transferred in parts.
