Art. 236 – Every time when the division and separation of foro is carried out, the clerk of the comunidade, within eight days, shall send to the administration office a statement indicating the name of the property and its possessor, the foro that is payable, the parts into which it was divided, the share corresponding to each part with addition of the 5 per cent, and the name of the person in whose favour it stands registered, in order to be taken into account at the time of approval of balance sheet of income and expenditure. Sole § The clerk, who fails to comply with what is prescribed in this article, shall incur a fine of 18$, imposed by the administrator, for each default committed.
